P.I.E. Industrial Berhad (“PIE” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting (26th AGM) dated 20 April 2023 were voted on poll at the 26th AGM of the Company held on 19 May 2023.

The results of the poll were verified by Symphony Corporate Service Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
