Outcome of Meeting:
P.I.E. Industrial Berhad (“PIE” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Twenty-Seventh Annual General Meeting (27th AGM) dated 18 April 2024 were voted on poll at the 27th AGM of the Company held on 17 May 2024.

The results of the poll were verified by Commercial Quest Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
