REVALUATION ON NON-CURRENT ASSETS

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(46) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors (“the Board”) of PIB wishes to announce that the Board has approved the incorporation of the gain on fair value adjustment of RM2,750,000 into the Company’s unaudited consolidated financial statements for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2025 as well as the Company’s audited consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
