We refer to our earlier announcements dated 21 February 2014, 20 March 2014, 31 March 2014, 26 May 2014 and 12 June 2014.  
On behalf of the Board of Directors of PIB, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that 12,801,397 Bonus Shares have been listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 13 June 2014, marking the completion of the Bonus Issue.
