The Board of Directors of P.I.E. Industrial Berhad (“PIB” or “the Company”) wishes to inform that the Company is proposing to undertake the following:-

1. Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and

2. Proposed Authority for the Company to purchase its own shares.

The abovementioned proposals will be tabled for the Shareholders’ consideration at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The Statement/Circular to Shareholders containing information on the proposals will be issued in due course.
