Proposed Dividends For The Year Ended December 31, 2011

Please be informed that the Board of Directors of PIE has on even date, proposed the following dividends for the year ended December 31, 2011 to be approved by the shareholders at the forthcoming Fifteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company:-
1) A Special Dividend of 27 sen per share less income tax at 25%; and
2) A First and Final Dividend of 12 sen per share less income tax at 25%.
However, the entitlement date and date of payment of the dividends have yet to be finalized at the moment.
A further announcement will be made at a later date upon finalization of the entitlement date and date of payment of the above.
