The Board of Directors of P.I.E. Industrial Berhad (PIE) wishes to advise that PIE will be convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to seek its members’ approval for the Proposed Mandate.

The Circular in relation to the Proposed Mandate will be sent to the members in due course.

A further announcement will be made at a later date upon finalization of the date, time and venue of the EGM.
