Valuation on Non-Current Assets
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(46) of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors (“the Board”) of PIE wishes to announce that PAN-INTERNATIONAL ELECTRONICS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. (Pan-International), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PIE has carried out a valuation exercise on its properties (“the Valuation”).
