Outcome of Meeting: P.I.E. Industrial Berhad (“PIB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Twenty-Ninth Annual General Meeting (“29th AGM”) dated 22 April 2026 were voted on poll at the 29th AGM of the Company held on 22 May 2026.
The results of the poll were verified by Commercial Quest Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the poll results are set out in the table below.
